Types of Renovation
Pre-Q is the brand for pre-curing products for tire retreading; this brand has a wide variety of tread designs and sizes for all types of applications.
We offer tire retreading facilities for various on- and off-road applications. We retread both conventional and radial tires.
Retreading system for use and applications in earthmoving (OTR) tires. In segments ranging from 20” 4/8 (522mm) to 26” (660mm).
We manufacture and distribute a wide variety of accessories and complements for tire retreading.

Inspección Inicial
Se analiza el casco y se define si el renovado es viable o no.
Raspado y Cardeado
Se elimina el remanente de hule del neumático y se inspecciona el casco para detectar daños, definir reparaciones necesarias y realizar una limpieza total.
Reparaciones y Encementado
Damage affecting the functionality of the tire is repaired by means of patches or reinforcements and an adhesive layer of cement is applied over the scraped casing.
Resanado y Preparación de Banda
The tire is repaired with miniextruder cord or cushion rubber and the cushion rubber is placed on the selected PRE-Q band.
Embandado
The PRE-Q band is placed on the crown of the prepared hull using the banding machine.
Tire Preparation
The tires are prepared according to the system: without rim with inner and outer envelope, or with rim, tube, envelope and protector, for vulcanization.
Vulcanized
It is vulcanized in the autoclave.
Final Inspection
The vulcanization of the tires is verified under the PRE-Q GALGO system, ensuring structure, tread, cushion rubber, patches and appearance, to proceed to the final finishing.
