Cojín PRE-Q

Material premium que provee la unión o adhesión por medio de la vulcanización de la banda de precurado a la carcasa. Existe para baja y alta temperatura 99°C (212°F) y 150°C (300°F).

Material preformado en tiras para extrusión y uso en el renovado de llantas en molde.

Tira para Extrusión

Tira continua con dimensiones estándar de 3 ½ x 3/8, estas medidas pueden ser modificadas. De acuerdo a requerimiento del cliente se puede envasar en cajas de cartón de 50 kg o en tarimas (palets) de hasta 900 kg.

Miniextruder Cord

Material for repairing and/or filling damaged cavities, used in the tire retreading process. This material can be vulcanized using the Pre-Q system, mold, and direct steam.

Reinforcement Cushion

A 1 or 2 inch wide cushion rubber strip to improve tread adhesion in the shoulder area, helping to cover the scraped footprint and improving the final tire finish.
